Scope
This policy applies to housewarming concept packages and any paid deliverables we provide. Free advice and content on the website are not subject to returns. If you are a consumer in the UK, your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Your right to cancel (UK consumers)
If you are a consumer and you bought our services at a distance (e.g. online), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason. If you request cancellation before we have started providing the service, we will refund any sum paid. If we have already begun work with your agreement before the 14 days end, you may still be entitled to a partial refund; we will confirm in writing. To exercise the right to cancel, contact us via the Contact page within the 14-day period.
Cancellation after the 14-day period or after delivery
If you cancel after we have delivered your concept or package, or after the cancellation period has ended, we do not offer refunds unless there has been a clear failure to provide what was agreed (e.g. the deliverable does not match the description or is faulty). If you believe that is the case, please contact us with details. We will respond within 14 days and, where appropriate, offer a refund or remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to request a refund
Send your request using our Contact page. Include your name, order or reference details and the reason for your request. We will respond within 14 days. Refunds, when due, will be made using the same method you used to pay, unless we agree otherwise.
